Acushla

This was my entry to Neil Gaiman’s Calendar of Tales project. It depicts an aging Anne Bonny imagining her younger self at the helm of her own ship. While it wasn’t chosen as the featured image, it was included on the project’s website, and knowing that Neil Gaiman saw something I painted is very cool in and of itself.
